Recommendations are:

Saflager S23, Saflager W34/70, (if you have temperature control for lager fermentation in normal fermenters or are in a BK system)

Mangrove Jacks Californian Lager M54 (suitable at ale yeast temperatures in standard fermenters). 

Our Dutch Pilsner is straw-coloured in appearance with a moderate, lingering bitterness.

NB: Instructions are written for use with a WilliamsWarn Pressure Brewing System.

Ingredients: Malt extract (barley), water, hops.
