This kit makes a pleasant and appealing Apple Cider. Our kit is made from the highest quality with 100% NZ Grown Apples (50% Gala, 25% Braeburn and 25% Jazz) and the result is a clean and crisp cider.
The kit includes 2 x2kg Apple Cider pouches and a 11g pack of Fermentis S-04 yeast.
(NB: You must ferment out fully if bottling the cider with other fermenting systems).
No dextrose required.
Ingredients: Apple juice concentrate, no added sugar or preservative.
