Shows Celcius (2C to 25C) in 1 degree markings which may make this strip more accurate than the 10-40C strips that are in 2 degree markings. Celcius will "light up" with various colours to show the temperature.
Peel off white backing to expose sticky side and place permanently on the side of fermenter, do not try to remove once fitted. Wipe clean only, do not submerge any LCD thermometers when cleaning fermenters.
