SU always recommend aging on oaks for dark spirits and using ageing syrup in white spirits for a superb finish. Aromatic and full flavoured gin with excellent juniper/sugar/lemon balance. Makes 5 Litres. Use 11.25mls per 1.125ml bottle with 35-40% a/v.
