SU always recommend aging on oaks for dark spirits and using ageing syrup in white spirits for a superb finish. Full flavoured sour mash style without the scented aroma of some bourbon types. Makes 5 Litres. Use 11.25mls per 1.125ml bottle with 35-40% a/v.
