Our new 23/25L Honey Mead kit. This kit includes 3kg of pure NZ honey, yeast and nutrient. The mead is designed to be a dry, sessionable mead perfect for a hot Summers day! WW recommend adding 710ml of Barkers Lemon, Honey and Ginger fruit syrup to the brew before beginning fermentation to bring your original gravity reading up to 1.040. Ferment to 1.010 to give the dry finish and a final ABV reading of close to 4%
