Our new 10/12.5L Honey Mead kit. This kit includes 1.5kg of pure NZ honey, Safale SO4 yeast and nutrient. The mead is designed to be a dry, sessionable mead perfect for a hot Summers day! WW recommend adding 355ml of Barkers Lemon, Honey and Ginger fruit syrup to the brew before beginning fermentation to bring your original gravity reading up to 1.040. Ferment to 1.010 to give the dry finish and a final ABV reading of close to 4%
