Each of our cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort we go to ensures we preserve the natural flavour of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day.

Fresh citrus lime and warm floral notes of elderflower intermingled with fresh and fruity apple. A winning combination, the sharpness of lime with sweet fruity apple will make your taste buds tingle.

ABV Approx: 5.2%

Style: Sweet -Can be made off dry or sweet, you can choose whether you want to use 1/2, all or none of the sweetener packet) .

Colour: Pale Yellow

Makes 23 Litres, requires 1 kg dextrose brewing sugar (sold separately).

Ingredients: Concentrate [apple juice concentrate (79%), glucose syrup, acidity regulators (DL-malic acid), yeast nutrients, lime juice concentrate (0.2%), water, preservative (sodium metabisulphite)], dried elderflowers (0.9%), flavourings, cider yeast [dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), yeast extract, vitamins, trace minerals], sweetener [dextrose, acesulfame K].
