These kits come with all the required ingredients to make the beer style within BJCP style guidelines in one easy to pour bag in a box.

The only addition needed is fresh pellet hops for dry hopping (if preferred). 

Each kit comes with an 11.5g sachet of Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05.

Description

A classic IPA with punchy bitterness and biscuity malt character. Predominantly ale malt but with wheat for head retention, toffee and a small amount of crystal this will satisfy the IPA lovers taste buds every time.

Can produce a range of West Coast, NZIPA, APA by experimenting with dry hops from your favourite regions.

Malts

89% Ale Malt, 6% Wheat Malt, 3% Toffee Malt, 2% Light Crystal Malt.

Recommended Dry Hops:

Classic West Coast IPA – one or a combination of Classic USA Centennial, Cascade, Mosaic, Amarillo, Chinook, Simcoe, Citra.

For a NZIPA use your favourite NZ Grown hop like Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Taiheke or Kohatu.
