Craft Series Strawberry & Pear

Each of our cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort we go to ensures we preserve the natural flavour of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day.

Fresh Strawberries coupled with juicy pear. This cider is sweet (if you use the sweetener pack) and fruity, especially good when served chilled.

Makes 23 Litres, requires 1 kg dextrose brewing sugar (sold separately).

Can be made off dry or sweet, you can choose whether you want to use 1/2, all or none of the sweetener packet) .

Ingredients: Concentrate [pear juice concentrate (70%), glucose syrup, strawberry juice concentrate (5%), acid (citric acid), yeast nutrients, water, preservative (sodium metabisulphite)], flavourings, cider yeast [dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), yeast extract, vitamins, trace minerals], sweetener [dextrose, acesulfame K].
