Clarity Ferm Enzyme
A highly specific endoprotease that prevents chill haze in beer by hydrolyzing haze-active polypeptides where the hydrogen bonding that causes chill haze occurs. For use at the beginning of fermentation; made with DSM Brewers Clarex®. As a side effect, Clarity-Ferm has been also found to reduce gluten in beer made with barley.
NB: If you are coeliac this enzyme only reduces gluten levels but does not necessarily remove all of it. Your beer would not be considered gluten to NZ or Australian food standards. When Clarex is used commerically a beer would be considered reduced gluten at best. Please do your own research into using this product with a gluten containing home brewed beer.

It's also very easy to use, simply add the entire contents of the vial to 19-26 litres of cooled wort, at the same time as pitching your yeast.
