IBU: 16 SRM: 3 Malt: 100% Pilsner malt Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem ABV: 4.5% (approx. using two cans of Crafted Wakatu Pilsner)
Black Rock Crafted Wakatu Pilsener has been brewed with 100% New Zealand pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness. The wort is then dry-hopped to infuse the citrus and subtle floral aromas of Wakatu hops into the final beer. Wakatu is the Maori name for Nelson, New Zealand’s famous hop growing region.
Ingredients: Malted barley, water, hops, and yeast (under the lid).
