Muntons Zwickel Recipe

We are using a Hopped malt extract and an unhopped munich malt extract with this yeast to make a Zwickel lager. This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, German classic that finishes as a smooth-drinking, naturally cloudy bier. SG approx under 1.010.
